Arizona’s Quality First program offers scholarships to help families afford quality early learning at rated centers like ours.
Tuition
Tuition you can see up front
Tuition rates are weekly, based upon full day care. Rates include AM and PM snacks, hot lunch, and any hours between 7 AM and 6 PM.
Weekly rates by age
Choose full-time or a part-time schedule of 2 or 3 days. Every day is a full day, 7 AM to 6 PM, with a hot lunch and two snacks.

Children in the 3-year-old and 4/5-year-old classrooms must be fully potty trained.
Part-time availability varies by classroom. Ask about part-time openings when you book your tour.
Questions to ask any center
Weekly tuition is only part of the picture. Wherever you’re looking, ask these. Here are our answers.
- Are meals and snacks included, or do I pack them?
- Included: a hot lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks.
- Are there registration, supply, or activity fees?
- A one-time $75 registration fee per child. There are no supply or activity fees. Tuition received on or after Wednesday has a $25 late fee.
- What is your Quality First star rating?
- 5 stars, the highest rating.
- What are your hours, and is there a late pickup fee?
- 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Pickup after 6 PM is $1 per minute, per child.
- Do you accept scholarships or DES assistance?

- One-time Registration Fee of $75 per child, due upon enrollment
- 10% multi-child discount
- CalvaryPHX Early Learning Center does not offer refunds for tuition and fees
- Minimum two weeks’ notice is required for dis-enrollment
You may qualify for free or reduced tuition.
As a 5-star Quality First center, we accept Quality First scholarships and DES child care assistance. Our office can help you find out what you qualify for.
DES child care assistance
The Arizona Department of Economic Security helps eligible families pay for child care. We are DES certified.
